Labour Law Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to clients and consultants.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants through training and sign-offs.

• Enhance consultant development by overseeing the LAP process within the region.

• Ensure efficient appointment scheduling, taking into account area focus and work type.

• Reduce the administrative workload for the Labour Law team.

• Establish, nurture, and sustain strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• B-Degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations within LabourNet.

• Experience in delivering training would be a plus.

• Strong customer-first orientation.
