Labour Law Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to clients and consultants.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them via telephone and email.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants through training and sign-off procedures.

• Enhance the development of consultants by overseeing the LAP process within the region.

• Ensure efficient booking of appointments, taking into account area focus and type of work required.

• Reduce the administrative workload for the Labour Law team.

• Foster, develop, and maintain strong client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations at LabourNet.

• Experience in training facilitation is a plus.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Capability to provide support to clients and consultants both telephonically and via email.

• Competence in onboarding, training, and developing consultants.

• Ability to manage the LAP process efficiently.

• Skill in scheduling appointments with consideration for area focus and work type.

• Proficiency in minimizing administrative tasks.

• Ability to establish, develop, and sustain client relationships.
