Labour Law Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality support to both clients and consultants.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone and email.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, including training and sign-offs.

• Enhance the development of consultants by overseeing the LAP process within the region.

• Ensure appointments are scheduled effectively, taking into account area focus and the nature of work.

• Reduce the administrative workload on the Labour Law team.

• Build, nurture, and sustain client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• B-Degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations within LabourNet.

• Experience in training facilitation would be a plus.
