Labour Law Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to both clients and consultants.

• Act as the primary contact for clients, providing assistance via phone and email.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants through training and necessary sign-offs.

• Enhance the development of consultants by overseeing the LAP process within the region.

• Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently, taking into account area focus and work type.

• Reduce the administrative workload on the Labour Law team.

• Establish, nurture, and sustain client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations within LabourNet.

• Experience in training facilitation would be a plus.

• A customer-first mindset is essential.
