KYC Officer, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Client On-boarding and KYC to the Sales team.

• Gather necessary documents to facilitate account openings.

• Conduct client screenings to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Enter and upload client documentation into the Goldtier database and establish client files.

• Keep the internal client Master list current and accurate.

• Update client files with relevant information, including the recording and destruction of documents as mandated by GDPR regulations.

• Perform annual reviews of client files.

• Reconcile records from the local office with those in the internal system to ensure accuracy.

• Create accounts under the Asian Securities program and maintain the associated records.

• Distribute information through systems as required by Front office, compliance, and audit teams.

• Collaborate with third-party brokers to facilitate onboarding in Frontier markets and manage the related records.

• Address ad hoc inquiries from the client base.

• Prepare and present information/statistics at Monthly Client Counterparty meetings.

• Comply with the Company’s Environmental Management Systems and policies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related area.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC/CDD, account opening, or operations in a financial services context.

• Solid understanding of the commercial and regulatory landscape, including AML/KYC requirements, client due diligence processes, and GDPR-related record management.

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining client databases, performing client reviews, and reconciling data across different systems.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
