This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.
• Assist in managing an enterprise AI vision platform that operates on Kubernetes and is utilized for video analytics.
• Deliver hands-on Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical assistance.
• Examine and resolve intricate issues related to Kubernetes deployments, software, infrastructure, networking, hardware, and configuration.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients during troubleshooting sessions.
• Reproduce client environments for effective troubleshooting.
• Investigate complex incidents and pinpoint root causes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering on escalated issues and product-related challenges.
• Propel product issues to a successful resolution.
• Acquire knowledge of the AI vision platform, its architecture, and internal support processes during the onboarding phase.
• Collaborate with senior engineers before taking full ownership of client issues independently.
• Complete internal training and certification pertinent to the AI vision platform.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional Technical Support experience, ideally providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for technical or enterprise software products.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production settings.
• At least one relevant Kubernetes or Cloud certification, such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, AWS, Azure, or an equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software, infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working directly with clients in a technical role.
• Ability to independently investigate ambiguous or complex technical challenges and guide them toward resolution.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams on escalations, technical investigations, and product challenges.
• Ability to convey highly technical concepts, findings, workarounds, and resolutions clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical expertise in Kubernetes within production environments.
• Familiarity with containerized applications and troubleshooting related to containers.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes deployments, services, pods, configurations, and typical failure scenarios.
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Experience with logs, monitoring, and diagnostic tools.
• Skills in technical incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Availability to work in alignment with U.S. East Coast business hours.
• Capability to engage in live technical troubleshooting sessions with clients.
