KPI Analyst – Telecommunications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate operational and performance metrics for telecommunications services.

• Create dashboards and management reports for analysis.

• Detect deviations, trends, and areas for enhancement.

• Develop executive presentations for leadership and senior management.

• Facilitate decision-making through data analysis and KPI evaluation.

• Collaborate on SLAs, network availability, MTTR, MTBF, incidents, backlog, latency, jitter, packet loss, bandwidth utilization, network capacity, productivity, recurrence, and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in telecommunications.

• Experience in data and KPI analysis.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities.

• Confidence and maturity in presenting findings to senior leadership.

• Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.

• Experience with telecommunications business intelligence.

• Openness to working under a Brazilian PJ contractor arrangement.
