• Responding to incoming calls from VodafoneZiggo customers

• Addressing inquiries regarding subscriptions and promotions

• Advising and assisting customers

• Starting fully prepared from your own home workspace after the paid online training

• Delivering mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and governments

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent command of the Dutch language

• Customer-oriented and commercial mindset

• Available for a minimum of 24 hours per week

• Motivation to learn and grow

• Experience is not mandatory

• Paid online training lasting 2-4 weeks
