Key Account Technical Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Foster and build trusted relationships with designated Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and enterprise-level IT, cybersecurity, and digital stakeholders.

• Oversee strategic planning and execution of technical integrations for Intuitive's digital offerings across multi-site healthcare systems.

• Ensure scalable implementations that align with customer digital roadmaps.

• Establish communication strategies, feedback mechanisms, and governance frameworks.

• Navigate customer IT governance processes, including technical review boards, data and AI governance, and networking teams.

• Present technical information that covers digital vision, product summaries, data flow, and network topology diagrams.

• Create and maintain standardized implementation toolkits and repeatable deployment methodologies.

• Aggregate field insights and customer feedback for Product and Engineering teams.

• Monitor, document, and report on progress, outcomes, obstacles, and system-level opportunities.

• Cultivate partnerships with data privacy, security, and IT executive leadership through advisory boards and other forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in medical technology implementation, enterprise IT consulting, or digital transformation within the healthcare sector.

• Background in enterprise account management or direct collaboration with strategic sales teams.

• Demonstrated success working with large healthcare systems and IDNs at a corporate level.

• Comprehensive understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, networking infrastructure, healthcare data security, and PACS/EMR interfaces.

• Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Comfortable with a flexible, dynamic work schedule.

• Capable of accessing surgical and other patient areas.
