This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic account plans for major clients within the designated territory.

• Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders and carry out sales and marketing activities.

• Examine market trends to uncover growth potentials and develop business cases for new initiatives.

• Track key performance metrics to ensure the fulfillment of both qualitative and quantitative business goals.

• Collaborate across departments to address challenges and improve customer satisfaction.

• Act as the primary escalation contact for key accounts while functioning with a high level of independence.

• Guarantee the long-term profitability of accounts within the Imaging Systems portfolio by optimizing order intake, sales performance, and pricing for Ultrasound equipment.

• Lead and coordinate intricate sales and marketing efforts across Lower Silesian and Opolskie Voivodeships.

• Discover new business opportunities, boost market share, and acquire new clients within the assigned territory.

• Maintain relationships with key accounts, encompassing hospitals and medical institutions.

• Contribute to local marketing strategies and commercial growth plans for Ultrasound solutions.

• Foster collaboration with customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth and enhance customer value.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree; a background in medical or life sciences is advantageous.

• Experience in sales or account management, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Familiarity with and knowledge of Ultrasound technology is a significant asset.

• Proficient in utilizing the Salesforce platform.

• Understanding of equipment financing solutions and commercial financing models.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with contemporary sales and marketing techniques.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Polish.

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities, demonstrated in a structured sales setting.

• Self-motivated, approachable, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on sustainable business development and long-term customer value.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
