Key Account Manager, Pharmacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Execute the national pharmacy strategy

• Expand the operational capabilities of the business area

• Oversee and nurture key pharmacy partnerships

• Foster sustainable, trusting relationships with pharmacy partners

• Collaborate with company leadership and a cross-functional team

• Continuously enhance and optimize the Dexcom solution within the pharmacy channel

• Assess market trends and pinpoint opportunities

• Develop targeted initiatives to advance the pharmacy strategy

• Assume responsibility for performance and the effective execution of goals and initiatives

• Travel to customers and participate in trade shows and conferences

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of sales experience in the pharmacy sector

• Prior experience in diabetes and/or medical technology is preferred

• Strong sales aptitude with the capacity to persuade customers and maintain long-term relationships

• Experience in executing national strategies

• Excellent communication, analytical, and solution-oriented skills

• High initiative with robust execution abilities

• Adaptability to create customer-specific business solutions

• Capability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and address problems pragmatically

• Proficiency in German, French, and English

• Good Italian language skills are a plus

• 3–4 years of sales experience in the pharmacy sector

• A valid Category B driver's license

• Generally, a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8–12 years of relevant professional experience are required

• A master's degree accompanied by 4 years of relevant professional experience may be beneficial

• This is a field-based role, which includes overnight travel
