
Key Account Manager – Mobile Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main point of contact for decision-makers in Mobile Surgery within hospitals and beyond.
• Identify, develop, and finalize opportunities for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services in established, competitive, and new construction labs and operating rooms.
• Collaborate with teams from Cardiovascular Fixed System, IGT-D, CV Ultrasound, EDI Cardiology, Out of Hospital Business Development, Precision Diagnosis, Connected Care Patient Monitoring, Account Executives, Specialists, Services, and Solutions.
• Create growth plans and strategic initiatives for the territory, converting them into specific objectives and targets.
• Develop and enhance business strategies for key accounts, customers, and the territory to meet sales objectives.
• Document the installed base in the territory and establish plans for assigned accounts, which include competitive accounts and segment strategies.
• Evaluate the market potential within the territory.
• Propel the sales process by identifying customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing advocates, executing C-Arm demonstrations, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
• Provide customer-focused solutions by comprehending customer needs and challenges.
• Operate as a field representative at customer or supplier sites.
• Over 5 years of experience in Medical Device Sales, specifically selling directly in the OR.
• Strong preference for experience in capital equipment sales.
• Preferred background in selling to Radiology.
• Proven skills in Solution Selling and execution within a complex team selling environment.
• BS/BA Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Capability to fulfill minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Must live within commuting distance of the territory.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
• US work authorization is required; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
• Must reside in or near San Francisco or Sacramento, California.
• Openness to travel, including overnight trips.
