Junior Video Producer – Paid Media, Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform and modify high-performing English-language creatives into culturally appropriate, performance-oriented Spanish versions.

• Produce Spanish-language creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube within established deadlines.

• Record or oversee native voiceover talent while adhering to brand tone and performance criteria.

• Brief, communicate with, and coordinate efforts with Spanish-speaking creators.

• Provide basic support for shoots and filming as required.

• Organize creative asset libraries and monitor version control.

• Deliver final creatives to both internal media buyers and external partners.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative and Senior Digital Content Producer.

• Assist in the creation and adaptation of paid media creatives across global markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledge of creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.

• Proficient in video and audio editing.

• Experience in creating or adapting performance-oriented content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring brand consistency.

• Effective team player who is receptive to feedback and willing to iterate.

• Experience in voiceover production (preferred).

• Experience in managing creators (preferred).

• Experience in translating brand messaging for various markets (preferred).
