This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary daily contact for dealer clients, serving as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external platform providers.
• Collect and assess client requests by resolving issues directly, routing them internally, or creating cases with providers.
• Monitor open items until closure, ensuring visibility on status, ownership, and anticipated turnaround times.
• Proactively communicate updates to internal teams and escalate items that are blocked or overdue.
• Initiate, document, manage, and follow up on support cases related to website platforms, CRM, and third-party providers.
• Convert client requests into precise technical instructions for providers.
• Confirm that vendor work aligns with the request before finalizing with clients.
• Establish strong working relationships with regular support contacts from providers.
• Create, test, and launch email campaigns using client CRM platforms.
• Extract and categorize audience lists based on campaign specifications.
• Conduct test sends and perform quality assurance on content, links, subject lines, and presentation.
• Schedule campaign deployments, track delivery, and provide basic performance reports.
• Address delivery, formatting, and list issues in collaboration with CRM provider support.
• Maintain thorough notes in the ticketing system and document internal processes.
• Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies, presenting solutions to leadership.
• 0–2 years of experience in technical support, account coordination, digital marketing operations, or a similar client-facing position.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent open items.
• Keen attention to detail, especially regarding dates, pricing, and terms.
• Comfortable working within web-based platforms and quickly adapting to new software.
• Basic understanding of website structure, including the ability to read and make minor edits to HTML.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and standard office applications.
• Ability to follow through independently.
• Preferred: Experience in automotive retail, whether at a dealership or with an automotive marketing agency.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Dealer.com, DealerOn, Dealer Inspire, Sincro, or fusionZONE.
• Preferred: Knowledge of VinSolutions, Elead, or DealerSocket.
• Preferred: Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Asana, or HubSpot.
• Preferred: Working understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Preferred: Experience with email marketing platforms, including list segmentation and campaign quality assurance.
• Preferred: Basic image editing skills using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
• Preferred: Exposure to Google Analytics or Google Business Profile.
