This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +3 more states.
• Oversee and manage the execution of large or intricate projects.
• Collaborate with IT governing entities and IT leaders to guarantee superior service delivery and continuous support.
• Work alongside operational leaders to pinpoint and prioritize opportunities for application utilization within departmental contexts.
• Foster the development of personnel, processes, and technologies to meet departmental goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational culture and promote the adoption of established cultural norms.
• Engage in communication with IT departments and management.
• Ensure timely responses and support for technical issues.
• Maintain high standards and quality in technical work.
• Evaluate tools and technologies to enhance performance and lower costs.
• Establish departmental metrics and accountabilities.
• Coordinate and manage strategies across multiple locations sharing job responsibilities.
• Enhance systems, processes, and contracts.
• Align with strategic vision and execution priorities while collaborating with the leadership team.
• Conduct interviews, hire, and address disciplinary and personnel matters.
• Complete performance evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations while emphasizing strategic growth and operational practices.
• Deliver customer satisfaction and retention through comprehensive reports and data analytics.
• Lead resolutions across various operational areas.
• Manage vendor relations, contracts, and support agreements.
• Review statements of work in relation to project leadership.
• Establish performance objectives and metrics, and define tools to assess progress.
• Direct, inspire, develop, and manage the management team and key personnel.
• Create opportunities for individuals to develop and enhance new skills.
• Mentor, nurture, and guide employees.
• Commit to personal and professional development and lifelong learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years of management experience is required.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification is preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient negotiation and marketing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with current clinical practices, regulatory healthcare requirements, and healthcare information systems.
• Must fulfill mandatory educational requirements as stipulated by the organization.
• 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America)
