Junior Technical Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist with the technical implementations and integrations of our platform, gradually taking on your own responsibilities with increasing confidence.

• You will work with REST APIs, JSON structures, and data feeds.

• You will configure and validate integrations between systems, initially with team support.

• You will participate in onboarding meetings with clients and gradually handle simpler discussions independently.

• You will actively utilize AI coding tools to address recurring technical tasks more efficiently.

• You will document implementations and workflows to ensure knowledge remains scalable within the team.

• You will collaborate closely with the Engineering and Customer teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience with API integrations, system connections, or data structures—preferably from studies, internships, or working student positions.

• Basic understanding of data formats like JSON or XML.

• A keen interest in technical topics and a willingness to learn new systems.

• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Openness to actively integrate AI tools into your daily workflow.

• Initial experience in customer contact is a plus but not mandatory.

• Nice to have: Initial exposure to SaaS platforms.

• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript).

• Nice to have: Interest in HR tech systems, particularly applicant management systems and their interfaces.
