This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Lead customer onboarding processes from the point of sales handoff to project completion.
β’ Organize architecture workshops, oversee platform installation, set up access, configure integrations, and conduct operational readiness reviews.
β’ Develop and maintain customer success plans that document objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption milestones, and future plans.
β’ Convert platform adoption into tangible business results such as cost savings, enhanced engineering speed, reduced risks, and improved platform ROI.
β’ Manage customer relationship cadence through regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and executive business reviews.
β’ Engage in technical discussions with platform engineers, DevOps leaders, and architects.
β’ Support customers in overcoming technical challenges and designing optimal deployment architectures.
β’ Take ownership of the renewal process starting 90 days prior to renewal.
β’ Identify triggers for expansion, including new use cases, AI/GPU workloads, additional tenant clusters, and tier upgrades.
β’ Collaborate with the Account Executive and Solutions Engineer to transform expansion opportunities into customer growth.
β’ Advocate for customer feature requests, escalate any blockers, and provide constructive feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Proven experience in a technical post-sales position, such as customer success, technical account management, or professional services.
β’ Demonstrated success in driving adoption and achieving measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of technical clients.
β’ Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
β’ Proficient in discussing architecture, RBAC, tenant isolation patterns, and cloud infrastructure.
β’ Capable of conducting executive business reviews and resolving onboarding inquiries with platform engineers.
β’ Possess a structured and proactive approach utilizing success plans, adoption milestones, and renewal schedules.
β’ Knowledge of renewal and expansion drivers within a SaaS or platform business model.
β’ Kubernetes certification such as CKA or CKAD, or equivalent demonstrated expertise in cloud-native infrastructure.
β’ Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU computing environments, or large-scale internal developer platforms.
β’ Background in working with regulated industries.
β’ Contributions to the Kubernetes or open-source ecosystem.
β’ Experience in a Series B-D startup environment.
β’ Ability to work remotely from Australia.
