Junior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Collaborate with senior architects to create architectural blueprints and comprehensive documentation.

• Conduct research on emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

• Support the development and integration of various systems and applications.

• Participate in the assessment and selection of hardware and software components.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and convert them into technical requirements.

• Aid in the creation of proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architectural solutions.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for implemented solutions.

• Keep abreast of industry best practices and standards.

• Coordinate with internal or external auditors to ensure the integrity of our processes.

• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Analyze and document existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Participate in the development and execution of support strategies and enhancements.

• Monitor and report on support metrics, identifying trends and areas needing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or related roles.

• Comprehensive understanding of architectural principles, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated services.

• Basic experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

• Advanced knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to shifting priorities.
