This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the software engineering director or engineering mentor on tasks that support the team's goals.

• Assist in producing code for production, creating test applications, or developing testing frameworks.

• Generate documentation, reports, and presentations for tracking project progress or conducting technical reviews.

• Construct reports, APIs, web services, web development solutions, ETL jobs, database development, and other necessary development tasks using KCE’s proprietary software.

• Implement new features and enhancements in the existing codebase.

• Populate, analyze, and manipulate databases within MS SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric.

• Engage in design discussions and participate in code reviews.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Python and/or C#, .NET, HTML, CSS.

• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code / Visual Studio, GitHub, and Azure.

• Understanding of client-server concepts and web services.

• General knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines and Docker containers.

• Exposure to object-oriented design principles, data structures, and design patterns.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Interest in clean energy and power markets.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Experience with SQL and handling large datasets is a plus.
