Junior Social Media, Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop, modify, and release short-form video content tailored for Instagram and TikTok.

• Tailor social media trends to resonate with Dutch culture and humor.

• Act as the face of KoRo during street interviews, tastings, challenges, and other public-facing video formats.

• Interact with the Dutch community through comments, direct messages, polls, and stories.

• Foster brand loyalty and transform followers into dedicated fans.

• Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with local brands and venues.

• Assist in planning and executing pop-ups, sampling initiatives, and local events.

• Capture real-time content during events.

• Collaborate with various teams and contribute proactively, taking ownership and making an impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, community management, or events.

• Strong proficiency in creating short-form videos for Reels and TikTok.

• Hands-on experience with CapCut and Canva.

• Comfortable approaching individuals in public, conducting street interviews, and representing the brand on camera.

• Proactive, creative, and organized work style.

• Enthusiasm for food trends and Dutch culture.

• Fluent in Dutch.

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

• Ideally located in or around Amsterdam.

• Willing to work primarily from home while attending live events, sampling activations, and conducting street interviews.
