Junior Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain a worldwide distributed blockchain infrastructure fleet

• Design, architect, implement, and manage production-level infrastructure services

• Apply and uphold infrastructure-as-code practices across development, staging, and production environments

• Guarantee high availability and optimal performance of critical systems

• Contribute to automation efforts, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tools

• Monitor system health and address incidents with effective troubleshooting skills

• Maintain the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Site Reliability, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering role

• Proficient in managing Linux systems and network infrastructure

• Practical experience with load balancers and high-availability technologies (e.g., HAProxy, ALB/ELB)

• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack)

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across hardware, networking, and software systems

• Development experience in Go, Python, or Rust

• Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

• Knowledge of open-source monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Alertmanager)
