Junior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain applications on the ServiceNow platform by adhering to development best practices.

• Assist in the configuration and customization of modules including App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Develop and manage Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers.

• Engage in the technical analysis of both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Facilitate the integration of the ServiceNow platform with both internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Take part in the team’s Agile ceremonies and work collaboratively on enhancing processes.

• Keep track of activities and tasks in Jira.

• Commit to continuous technical training in the ServiceNow platform and associated technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript development.

• Experience with App Engine, ITSM, or CSM modules.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.

• Basic understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.

• Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling.

• Awareness of web development concepts.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Eagerness to learn continuously and a passion for developing enterprise solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• A plus: Familiarity with Flow Designer and Service Portal.

• A plus: Understanding of microservices-based integrations.
