Junior Sales Representative

• Position: SDR / Junior Sales Representative

• Monthly Compensation: $1250 - $2150/month

• Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours/week

• Time Zone: PDT

⛳️ Requirements

• Conduct outreach through a warm campaign targeting approximately 2,400 existing members with a touch cadence of 10–12 per contact.

• Identify opportunities for upselling, for instance, pitching Product C to a member currently using Product A at a higher price point.

• Manage leads and pipeline stages using Nutshell CRM, utilizing provided lists, templates, and scripts.

• Schedule appointments aiming for a conversion rate of 5–10% for appointments set, with an expected close rate of ~15–20%.

• Assist in cross-selling and upselling across all four product lines to enhance revenue and market enthusiasm.

• In the longer term, re-engage contacts during quarterly renewal cycles and integrate into the broader database of over 424,000 contacts.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Previous experience as an SDR or in outbound sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured approach to cadence-based outreach.

• Strong English communication abilities.

• A motivated and driven sales-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable using Zoom with a professional presence for outreach calls.
