Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize, develop, and implement manual functional, regression, and usability test cases for Ahlex’s diverse range of products and solutions.

• Detect, document, and communicate defects, inconsistencies, and areas for enhancement using Jira.

• Monitor the bug lifecycle and verify fixes made by the development team.

• Assist the support team in diagnosing and replicating complex scenarios reported by customers.

• Confirm new business rules, workflows, and features in products prior to production releases.

• Maintain test scenario documentation and validation plans in an up-to-date and organized manner.

• Work collaboratively with Product and Development teams to avert defects and streamline processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience—whether through internships, practical work, or academic projects—in Software Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), or Technical Support.

• Understanding of software testing methodologies, including test scenario design, functional testing, and regression testing.

• Familiarity with requirements management and bug tracking tools, such as Jira or equivalent platforms.

• Highly analytical, investigative, detail-oriented, and organized in approach.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clearly and objectively documenting defects.

• Ability to work comfortably and effectively in a fully remote environment.
