Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Syria, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create, manage, and enhance comprehensive project plans, schedules, and task trackers that encompass scope, milestones, and deliverables.

• Facilitate daily operations among internal technical teams, clients, and external vendors.

• Negotiate terms, timelines, and deliverables with clients to establish realistic plans.

• Identify, document, and evaluate risks and dependencies; escalate significant issues with a suggested resolution.

• Record change requests, assess their impact on schedule, cost, and quality, and present options for approval.

• Review deliverables against agreed timelines, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks.

• Conduct regular project meetings and keep stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and decisions required.

• Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, timelines, and handover materials.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, converting technical requirements into project milestones.

• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, clarifying requirements and managing expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor's degree.

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in owning or leading moderate to large-scale technical projects.

• Established IT background with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.

• Excellent written and verbal English suitable for professional escalation and stakeholder engagement.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Strong self-discipline and reliable remote working arrangement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.

• Residing in Syria or Turkey.
