Junior Project Management Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assisting project managers and the Project Management Office (PMO) with daily operations

• Organizing, documenting, and following up on internal, status, and client meetings

• Monitoring outstanding tasks and action points within projects

• Contributing to quality assurance and reporting related to projects

• Upholding PMO processes, methodologies, and templates

• Implementing established standards

• Aiding in the continuous development of AI tools for everyday project tasks

• A meticulous, thorough, and organized approach to work

• Reliability in prioritizing tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• A confident and approachable demeanor

• Proficiency in German at a minimum of C1 level

• Strong skills in MS Office and Microsoft 365 applications

• Relevant commercial training, a university degree, or a career transition with a pertinent interest

• Some experience and a genuine interest in PMO and project management

• An eagerness to explore and utilize AI tools such as Copilot and Claude

• A team-oriented, adaptable, and service-focused work ethic

• A drive to make a positive impact
