Junior Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Offer administrative and operational assistance to Project Managers and the Program Manager.

• Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and PMO records.

• Create presentations, status reports, meeting materials, and executive communications.

• Arrange meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including managing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items.

• Enhance communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and business functions.

• Oversee project activities and monitor deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes and workflows.

• Design and maintain lightweight internal tools, automations, dashboards, and scripts.

• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support project and program decision-making.

• Investigate and incorporate emerging productivity technologies, including AI-driven solutions and workflow automation platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven technical skills demonstrated through academic projects, certifications, personal initiatives, or a GitHub portfolio.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or a similar language.

• Experience with scripting, automation, data processing, or workflow optimization projects.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting functionalities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-oriented environment.

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or similar low-code/no-code tools.

• Understanding of AI-assisted productivity tools and contemporary workplace technologies.

• Experience in creating personal, academic, or freelance technical projects that showcase problem-solving and automation skills.
