Junior Order Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of sales contracts, quotations, and commercial documentation for Italian clients.

• Implement internal contract and order procedures utilizing Salesforce, SAP, OA, and other internal systems.

• Ensure commercial accuracy regarding pricing, configurations, payment terms, and contractual milestones.

• Generate Proforma Invoices and manage payment follow-up in coordination with Finance and Sales.

• Aid in the preparation of tender documentation and other necessary commercial papers as needed.

• Oversee contract execution and monitor customer payment milestones.

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Management, Logistics, and Headquarters teams.

• Keep precise documentation and data updated in internal systems.

• Contribute to the enhancement and development of local operational processes as United Imaging grows its direct business in Italy.

• Execute additional operational tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin is a significant advantage.

• 0–3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, order processing, finance, consulting, or similar fields.

• Previous business or corporate experience is preferred.

• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling numbers and documentation.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Quick learner who can swiftly adapt to new processes and take early ownership.

• Comfortable collaborating with teams across Europe and China.
