Junior Operations Coordinator, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee car transport operations from start to finish, ensuring that compounds and drivers are synchronized for pickups and deliveries.

• Monitor ongoing transports and promptly address any delays or challenges that arise.

• Manage customer communications in both French and English, providing updates throughout the transport process.

• Liaise with carriers, customers, and partners to facilitate seamless handovers and maintain effective information flow.

• Maintain accurate and current records of orders and transport details.

• Offer on-demand support to the operations team as priorities evolve.

• Collaborate closely with the operations team and engage daily with customers, carriers, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written.

• Located in Africa or Europe, with a maximum of a 2-hour time difference from CET.

• Able to commit to 30 hours per week during CET hours, distributed between morning and afternoon.

• Ready to start by early December.

• Strong and confident communicator on the phone.

• High energy and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong focus and work ethic in every shift.

• Proactive and hands-on, with a problem-solving mindset instead of waiting for directions.

• Highly organized multitasker with excellent attention to detail, eager to take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

• Previous experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.
