Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO, AI Optimisation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead SEO and AI Optimization for all subsidiaries and markets, encompassing traditional search as well as AI-era search (AIO, GEO, AEO, and SXO).

• Remain at the forefront of trends including AI search tools, voice search, and mobile-first indexing.

• Conduct technical audits and implement solutions for site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup, and analytics integration.

• Manage and redesign websites, ensuring fast load times, intuitive user experience, clear navigation, and content aligned with the brand.

• Drive content strategy and optimization through keyword research, on-page enhancements, AI-assisted blogging, and high-quality visuals.

• Implement and integrate CRM systems to capture, track, and nurture leads, automate follow-ups, and align with the sales pipeline.

• Monitor organic traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI utilizing Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM dashboards.

• Offer data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

• Collaborate with marketing, development, and sales teams to promote digital best practices.

• Facilitate group-wide campaigns and events across subsidiaries while fostering collaboration among businesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, showcasing a robust SEO/AIO background.

• Experience in email marketing.

• Strong understanding of website metrics, web analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Proficient with SEO/SEM tools and CMS platforms such as WordPress.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools to create marketing materials, including copy, blog content, images, and videos.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation processes.

• Excellent writing skills and clear communication, capable of engaging with colleagues at all levels.

• A creative problem-solver adept at managing multiple projects within deadlines.
