Junior N1 Support Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing and validation of systems and applications, pinpointing unexpected behaviors and potential failures.

• Replicate bugs and perform initial analyses to aid in determining their root causes.

• Troubleshoot applications by linking symptoms to possible technical issues.

• Utilize tools like Postman to execute queries and validations on REST APIs.

• Interpret JSON data structures and assess service responses for accuracy.

• Execute basic database queries to verify and validate information.

• Examine system and application logs to uncover errors and discrepancies.

• Assist in investigations related to applications, integrations, and microservices architecture.

• Thoroughly document incidents, including reproduction steps, expected outcomes, and actual results.

• Collaborate with Development and QA teams by sharing evidence and information to facilitate issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of programming logic.

• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.

• Basic familiarity with databases and SQL queries.

• Comfort with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of infrastructure, cloud computing, and server management.

• Fundamental understanding of microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with API inspection tools such as Postman.

• Basic ability to read and interpret system and application logs.

• Basic understanding of software testing and the capability to replicate bugs.

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Technology.

• Availability to work from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
