Junior Media Buyer – Shopify DTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Launch approved advertisements, Trybe creator ads, landing pages, and funnel tests within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Oversee budgets, campaigns, and advertisements across platforms such as Facebook, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and Snapchat.

• Monitor and adjust budgets every few hours, performing the daily budget reset around 2am EST.

• Review each ad account daily in Northbeam, optimizing advertisements and campaigns per standard operating procedures, while logging significant changes.

• Develop and enhance media-buying SOPs to facilitate delegation or automation of administrative tasks.

• Relaunch advertisements into new ad accounts and create new Facebook pages upon request.

• Return materials that are not ready for launch.

• Post daily priorities and update departmental KPIs on a weekly basis.

• Conduct a weekly one-on-one meeting with the Head of Growth and participate in the Thursday performance marketing call.

• Implement feedback from the Head of Growth the following day.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of practical Meta media buying experience, with a primary focus on Facebook.

• Proficient in English.

• Availability around 2am EST for the daily budget reset.

• Strong attention to detail regarding naming conventions and formatting.

• Consistently reliable in completing daily checks and budget resets.

• Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager.

• Quick to learn tools such as AdManage, Northbeam, Asana, and AI applications like Claude.

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends if necessary.

• Strong alignment with the company's cultural values.

• Bonus: experience with Google, TikTok, AppLovin, or Snapchat.

• Bonus: experience with Shopify DTC or within the pet brand sector.
