Junior Media Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Review, manage, and process all incoming and outgoing invoices for a designated portfolio of clients promptly.

• Address client-specific inquiries independently.

• Ensure dependable and efficient execution of tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues in Procurement, Accounting, and agency teams to develop practical solutions.

• Facilitate smooth processes and workflows.

• Actively participate in ongoing process enhancements and share your own ideas.

• Prepare regular evaluations, reports, and ad hoc analyses.

• Support informed decision-making.

• Work together with Media, Finance, and agency teams on the commercial administration of client projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Initial professional experience in billing, accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.

• Ideally, experience in an agency, media company, or similar environment.

• Knowledge of DML is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong affinity for numbers, coupled with a structured and analytical work approach.

• Careful and dependable working style.

• Excellent German communication skills at the C1 level.

• Proficiency in English at the B2 level.

• Service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Interest in business relationships, digital business models, and the media and communications sector.
