Junior Media Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Review, manage, and process all incoming and outgoing invoices for a designated portfolio of clients promptly.

• Address client-specific inquiries independently.

• Ensure reliable and efficient execution of tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues from Procurement, Accounting, and agency teams to develop practical solutions.

• Maintain smooth processes and workflows.

• Actively enhance existing processes and contribute your own ideas.

• Prepare regular evaluations, reports, and ad hoc analyses.

• Support informed decision-making.

• Oversee the commercial aspects of exciting client projects and work in collaboration with Media, Finance, and agency teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification.

• Initial professional experience in billing, accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.

• Ideally, experience in an agency, media company, or a similar environment.

• Knowledge of DML is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong affinity for numbers, paired with a structured and analytical work approach.

• Detail-oriented and reliable working style.

• Proficient in German communication skills at C1 level.

• Proficient in English at B2 level.

• Service-oriented mindset and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Interest in business relationships, digital business models, and the media and communications industry is appreciated.
