Junior Marketing Manager – Content & Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and continuous enhancement of marketing initiatives.

• Generate and manage content for the website, newsletters, social media platforms, app listings, and additional channels.

• Conduct research on Shopify, e-commerce, SaaS, competitors, target demographics, and pertinent trends.

• Aid in the creation of newsletters, product communications, and marketing campaigns.

• Transform product updates, use cases, customer inquiries, and insights into marketing material.

• Contribute to SEO projects, landing page creation, and performance evaluation.

• Assist in optimizing Shopify app listings.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Support, and Engineering teams.

• Evaluate which content types and channels foster reach, trust, and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preliminary experience or a keen interest in marketing, content creation, growth, or digital B2C, B2B, or SaaS marketing.

• Exceptional written communication skills in both German and English.

• Capability to convey complex subjects in a simple, clear, and organized manner.

• Proactive mindset, quick learning abilities, and the capability to work autonomously.

• Enthusiasm for e-commerce, Shopify, SaaS, and digital products.

• Meticulous, dependable, and self-sufficient work approach.

• Strong intuition for target audiences, language, and effective communication.

• Preliminary experience in content marketing, SEO, newsletters, social media, or product communications is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Shopify, SaaS products, or e-commerce is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, or analytics is a plus.

• Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, Canva, Webflow, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Initial experience in a startup, agency, or digital product team is an advantage.
