Junior Manual Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyze and design tests

• Conduct acceptance, functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing according to defined processes and at the appropriate times

• Report issues or errors identified and create the corresponding tickets

• Follow up on the resolution of discovered problems

• Provide feedback through metrics on identified errors and their resolutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing

• Intermediate English proficiency

• Experience in test design techniques

• Knowledge of theoretical frameworks for applying tests

• Ability to follow processes

• Basic programming principles

• Capability to create flow diagrams

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Intuitive, analytical, and self-learning abilities

• Adaptability to change and ability to maintain a steady work pace

• Proactive, self-managed, self-motivated, and initiative-driven

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in teams
