Junior Lawyer – Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and prepare legal documents including pleadings, opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals.

• Provide virtual assistance to clients through phone and social media platforms.

• Participate in hearings and present oral arguments.

• Assist with client matters and respond to inquiries concerning employment law.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law along with a valid Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) license.

• Proven experience in employment law.

• Must reside in Porto Alegre.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
