Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver extensive legal representation in areas such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and other related issues.

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings concerning foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and similar matters.

• Prepare and examine motions, pleadings, and official correspondence.

• Attend court sessions both in-person and virtually.

• Provide legal guidance and collaborate effectively with support personnel.

• Offer responsive, client-centered legal services within a fast-paced practice.

• Collaborate with seasoned attorneys and an operational team, guided by a managing attorney.

• Travel locally for court-related activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana (required).

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience (all qualified applicants will be considered).

• Exceptional skills in legal writing, communication, and analysis.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and motivated.

• Multi-state licensure is a plus; preferences for Kentucky/Ohio.

• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods.

• Ability to maintain focus for prolonged durations.

• Proficient in working on computers for a considerable part of the day.

• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks as necessary for the role (typing, clicking, swiveling).

• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
