Attorney Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance connections with prominent law firms in the Bay Area, commercial real estate attorneys, partners, and key decision-makers.

• Utilize legal networks and market insights to discover and cultivate new commercial business prospects.

• Formulate business strategies tailored for priority attorneys and law firms.

• Comprehend client requirements and align them with First American’s commercial expertise and solutions.

• Construct and oversee a pipeline aimed at sustainable revenue growth.

• Represent First American at meetings with law firms, client events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, operations, marketing, and leadership to pursue opportunities and provide an outstanding client experience.

• Broaden First American’s Commercial business throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is mandatory.

• Extensive legal industry experience and familiarity with law firms and attorneys.

• Established connections within the San Jose/Silicon Valley and greater Bay Area legal community, including partners, senior attorneys, and key decision-makers.

• Experience working within or closely with leading law firms and sophisticated legal professionals.

• Background or demonstrated interest in business development, client development, relationship management, or sales.

• Capability to leverage an existing legal network to generate introductions and business opportunities.

• Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Preferred experience in commercial real estate, real estate law, transactional law, title insurance, financial services, or related fields.
