Junior Attorney – Labor and Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and compose legal pleadings, opinions, contracts, defenses, and appeals.

• Provide virtual assistance to clients through phone and social media platforms.

• Participate in court hearings.

• Present oral arguments effectively.

• Address client inquiries and fulfill requests concerning labor and employment law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.

• Valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Proficient experience in labor and employment law.

• Residing in Porto Alegre.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
