Junior Internal Auditor, French

📋 Description

• Deliver reports featuring independent and impartial analyses, evaluations, suggestions, and relevant commentary related to audited activities.

• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of O-I's processes, policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Recognize business-related risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.

• Review existing policies and procedures while recommending enhancements.

• Conduct financial and operational audits following internal auditing professional standards.

• Carry out analytical reviews of financial data and interpret management explanations against anticipated results.

• Utilize automated tools to perform analytics that highlight key audit focus areas and detect policy deviations.

• Aid in evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls.

• Relay audit findings to both Internal Audit and management.

• Spot potential projects or opportunities for process improvements.

• Assist management in identifying practical solutions to various issues.

• Safeguard and secure data in accordance with internal audit policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with external auditors during financial statement audits.

• Contribute to achieving the objectives of the internal audit department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 0-3 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, or a similar field.

• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

• Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
