This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the design team in creating visually engaging content for digital platforms, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and print.
• Modify campaign ideas and key visuals into various formats and channels.
• Develop attractive, brand-aligned layouts, graphics, and product-centric assets.
• Help prepare production-ready files for both digital and print media.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors and teams from branding, social media, and marketing.
• Maintain and enhance design templates and brand standards.
• Address daily design requests while ensuring consistency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Investigate visual trends and bring innovative ideas to campaigns and content.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic or communication design.
• A strong portfolio that showcases a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of fundamental print and digital design specifications.
• Capability to consistently apply an existing brand identity across diverse formats.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• High-quality standards and a strong focus on detail.
• Inquisitive, eager to learn, and receptive to constructive criticism.
• Dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple small tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Proactive mindset and readiness to take on responsibilities.
• Passionate about design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ideally: basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion design tools.
• Ideally: experience with Figma.
• Ideally: experience in designing for social media, CRM, or e-commerce.
• Ideally: fundamental understanding of print production and packaging design.
• Ideally: familiarity with AI-supported design tools.
• Ideally: interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and contemporary visual culture.
