Junior Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist senior consultants with SAP Transactional Banking tasks on the SAP Fioneer Platform.

• Aid in designing and delivering customer-centric solutions while enhancing platform knowledge.

• Help evaluate module-related processes to discover opportunities for improving efficiency and performance.

• Support the implementation and integration of solutions into existing IT infrastructures of banks.

• Contribute to digitalization and process automation projects under the mentorship of experienced team members.

• Assist with initial implementations and continuous enhancements of modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Up to 1 year of relevant experience, including internships or academic projects related to banking, technology, or digital transformation.

• Fundamental understanding of banking processes and IT infrastructures.

• Interest in aiding the integration of banking solutions into existing systems.

• Capability to contribute to process improvement initiatives under the guidance of seasoned colleagues.

• Strong analytical abilities, business acumen, and a keen interest in IT solution design.

• Business-fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Eager to learn and assist in solution design, project delivery, and transformation initiatives.
