Junior Full Stack Web Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop responsive and accessible websites based on Figma designs utilizing contemporary development methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with designers to assess feasibility, implement animations, and find the right balance between brand representation and engineering efficiency.

• Create websites using traditional CMS platforms like WordPress and Drupal.

• Construct sites with headless CMS configurations such as Sanity and Contentful.

• Guarantee compatibility across different browsers and devices.

• Enhance website performance to meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.

• Perform quality assurance and cross-browser testing throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with designers and strategists to build responsive, accessible, and high-performing websites.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development, ideally within an agency setting.

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js.

• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.

• Experience working with traditional CMS platforms: WordPress and Drupal.

• Knowledge of headless CMS processes: Sanity and Contentful.

• In-depth understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

• A portfolio showcasing both technical skills and creative insight.

• Submission of a portfolio is mandatory for consideration.

• Comfortable interacting directly with designers and contributing to the creative workflow.

• Experience with React or Vue is an added advantage.
