Junior Field Service Engineer – Electrical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot ZTR locomotive operations, products, and solutions.

• Deliver customer service and technical support via field visits and telephone assistance.

• Travel to customer locations for the commissioning and installation of ZTR equipment.

• Conduct on-site technical training and presentations for customers.

• Provide sales support and manage assigned project tasks.

• Report directly to the Technical Service Manager located in London, Ontario, Canada.

⛳️ Requirements

• Two-year or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency with PLCs.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for diverse audiences.

• Capability to work independently at customer sites while managing project scope and costs.

• Exceptional organizational skills and data entry capabilities.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to customer sites.

• Must reside in close proximity to Little Rock, Arkansas.
