Junior Esport Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Monitoring and analyzing esports matches in real-time for the creation of betting odds.

• Adjusting odds based on knowledge of selected titles in the monitored match.

• Collaborating with the mathematics department to enhance mathematical models and trading applications.

• Post-match analysis of played matches for the purpose of creating and modifying betting odds.

• Contributing to the development of new projects and titles in the esports realm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of one or more esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS2, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Siege, or World of Tanks.

• Understanding of odds/probabilities is essential.

• Willingness to learn about trading strategies.

• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

• Reliability and a proactive attitude.

• Flexibility in working hours.

• Daily communication in English.

• Clean criminal record.

• Own equipment: Desktop PC with at least 2 monitors, with the option to upgrade to 3 after the probation period.

• Experience in the betting world—traditional sports or esports—is a significant advantage.

• Experience in a similar position.

• You are or have been a professional esports player in one of the mentioned titles.

• Knowledge of the title Dota2.
