Junior Dynamics Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-line support for Dynamics users by diagnosing, resolving, and escalating issues as necessary.

• Oversee routine platform requests, which include managing user access, security roles, forms, views, and data corrections.

• Monitor Power Automate workflows and investigate any system failures that arise.

• Address data and integration challenges across Dynamics and interconnected systems.

• Document essential business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in configuration, testing, UAT, and system deployments under supervision.

• Keep solution documentation and change logs up to date.

• Act as the primary contact for Dynamics users, while enhancing expertise in troubleshooting, integrations, configuration, and solution design.

• Analytical mindset and detail-oriented with robust troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of assisting non-technical users.

• Proficient in working with data in tables, spreadsheets, and business applications.

• Ability to juggle multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced setting.

• Prior experience with scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or C#), SQL, or data analysis is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or other CRM/business applications is preferred.

• Knowledge of Power Automate, model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse, or Dynamics 365 is preferred.

• Possession of PL-900 certification or a commitment to obtain it within the first 12 weeks is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, human services, or another regulated field is preferred.

• Understanding of process documentation, business analysis, APIs, data pipelines, or ETL concepts is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Candidates must not reside in California.
