Junior Customer Support Analyst – Tax Bookkeeping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support through chat channels.

• Address inquiries related to Contmatic solutions.

• Document and track customer interactions.

• Assess individual team performance metrics.

• Collaborate effectively with the team to address requests.

• Engage in training and product update sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with tax procedures and legislation, including invoices, taxes, and legal obligations.

• Experience in customer service roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

• Completed a Technical Accounting program or currently enrolled in higher education in a related field.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, along with a proactive approach and problem-solving skills.

• Background in accounting software companies or accounting firms is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus.

• Relevant courses or certifications in customer service and communication are a plus.
