Junior Consultor Funcional NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Support the gathering and analysis of functional requirements.

• Participate in the configuration and support of Oracle NetSuite.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Suite Flow, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.

• Track tickets and user requests.

• Engage in functional testing, UAT, and documentation of solutions.

• Aid in identifying improvements and optimizing processes within NetSuite.

• Collaborate on integrations with third-party systems.

• Become familiar with tools such as SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud.

• Assist in analyzing AI functionalities and automation within NetSuite.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience with Oracle NetSuite, ERP, application support, or functional consulting.

• Knowledge of business processes such as O2C, P2P, GL, AR, and AP.

• Basic knowledge of NetSuite configuration.

• Preferably experienced with Suite Flow, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.

• Desirable knowledge of JavaScript / SuiteScript.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new tools and processes easily.

• Interest in developing skills in functional consulting and international projects.

• Conversational English is essential for collaborating with international teams and clients.

• Must be Mexican and reside in Mexico.

• Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST (California time).

• Certification as a NetSuite ERP Consultant or NetSuite Certified Developer is a plus.

• Knowledge of SuiteTalk is a plus.

• Experience with integration tools like Workato is a plus.

• Familiarity with advanced modules such as ARM or R2R is a plus.

• Experience in Technology, Telecommunications, or Media (TMT) industries is a plus.

• Knowledge about automation, AI applied to business processes, or predictive analytics is a plus.
