Junior Consultant – Public Sector Digitalization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project team to digitalize district, city, and municipal administrations.

• Analyze and enhance processes related to financial software and related specialist departments.

• Offer process and organizational consulting in close partnership with clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct user training following software implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business informatics, public administration, business administration, or a related discipline, or vocational training as an administrative clerk (m/f/d).

• Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage.

• A strong interest in IT and a genuine enthusiasm for consulting.

• Experience in project management, ideally acquired through internships or working student roles.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

• An independent and self-driven work approach.

• A high degree of self-motivation and robust organizational abilities.

• Willingness to travel within the region.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

• No prior professional experience is necessary.
